Advanced Lighting Technologies, LLC Announces new Chief Financial Officer

Glenwillow, Ohio (April 16th, 2018) – Shawn Toney, Executive Chairman of the Board of Advanced Lighting Technologies (ADLT, LLC) introduced Aron Beach as the Chief Financial Officer.

In his role, Aron will report directly to the Board of Directors. He joins ADLT from Busche Performance Group, a casting and machining supplier to automotive OEM’s, where he served as CFO.

As CFO of ADLT, Aron will be responsible for ensuring that the company can continue to grow profitably through its expansive global network of sales agents and distributors, while driving greater operating efficiency and ensuring financial governance and risk management across the spectrum of global operations.

Aron brings over 15 years of financial experience, with considerable time spent with private equity backed companies as an Operating Partner at a private equity firm and CFO of companies with revenues ranging from $80 to $350 million. During his career, Aron completed multiple M&A deals, oversaw operational and strategic turnarounds and managed shareholder exits.

Aron received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
